I'm Christy Johnston, founder and consulting partner at Magnetic Cultures. I am passionate about helping people and businesses thrive!

I have nearly 20 years of experience in the Staffing arena, 15 of which were in leadership roles ranging from front-line Manager to C-Suite.  My experience includes:

• 9 years in Senior Leadership overseeing Culture and numerous People Operations functions.
• 16 years combined experience in Talent Acquisition and Recruiting. 
• 12 years trailblazing Employee Engagement and Experience efforts, 3 years of which supported hybrid, remote, and in-person formats.
• 10 years of Leadership Development crafting and scaling a strong culture for all levels, including Best Places to Work designations in all office locations. 
• Certified Everything DiSC - Wiley Authorized Partner.
• Certified Neuro-Change Practitioner.
