Block 1: Effective Communication
Building Block 1 explores the importance of communication. How we communicate, our preferences, and others. This block also explores how best to work with others on the team and their personalities.
Week 1:

Week 1 will be our Kick-off with series overview. Weeks 1-4 focus on being an Effective Communicator. Everything Workplace DiSC Assessments will be sent out to all participants.
Week 2:
Week 2 will be dedicated to reviewing initial Everything DiSC Workplace results. Focusing on YOUR Communication personality style & preferences.
Week 3:
Week 3 will be dedicated to reviewing initial Everything DiSC Workplace results. Focusing on OTHERS Communication personality styles & preferences.
Week 4:
Week 4 will be dedicated to optimizing relationships and communication within the team. We will share areas that may cause friction and how to overcome them.
Block 2: Feedback & Recognition
Building Block 2 walks through the what, why, and how to facilitate effective feedback sessions and how to show team appreciation and recognition in order to feel valued.
Week 5:
$100/pp/month
This content-rich session allows learners to understand the overall purpose and impact of feedback, including a simple process to give and receive effective feedback.
Week 6:
This working session focuses on creating your custom performance process & plan. It is considered a group coaching & work session that help participants apply the information shared in the previous learning session.
Week 7:
This content-rich learning session focuses on the concepts and strategy behind employee recognition & appreciation. The intention is to help employees feel valued so they want to stay and thrive!
Week 8:
This working session focuses on creating your custom recognition & appreciation plans. It is considered a group coaching & work session that help participants apply the information shared in the previous learning session.
Block 3: Creating a Magnetic Team from Day 1
Building Block 3 centers around creating lasting impressions through exceptional experiences from Day 1.
Week 9:
$100/pp/month
This content-rich learning session takes a deep dive into onboarding new team members, the importance of creating "sticky" experiences that make a lasting impression.
Week 10:
This working session focuses on creating your custom employee experience touchpoint plan. It is considered a group coaching & work session that help participants apply the information shared in the previous learning session.
Week 11:
This content-rich learning session explores how to build the team and not just any team, but a Magnetic Team. In this session, we delve into what it is and why it's important.
Week 12:
This working session focuses on leveraging custom opportunities to build the team as one, magnetic unit. It is considered a group coaching & work session that help participants apply the information shared in the previous learning session.
